Kids, parents and coaches say thank you to the ARPA/CoachSafely Initiative
Youth sports has paused thanks to the global coronavirus pandemic. The ARPA/CoachSafely Initiative hasn’t. The collaboration between the Alabama Recreation and Parks Association and the CoachSafely Foundation continues to train youth coaches in injury recognition and prevention to ensure that Alabama’s children can return to #PlaySafely when the time is right. To date, the initiative has trained 22,000 youth coaches, protecting 330,000 Alabama children and reassuring countless parents and families. Those children, parents and coaches have one thing to say: Thank you.
